1. The dues of this chapter shall be set by the Executive Board on an annual basis.
2. The regular meetings of this chapter are the third Wednesday of each month, September through May. the Executive Board meets the first Wednesday of the month. These days may be changed at the Board's discretion.
3. Guests may attend two meetings only and, thereafter, must join I.I. as a member. Guests will not be permitted to participate in workshops. Prospective members may attend workshops by paying an observer fee determined by the Board. A charge, determined by the Board, will be made for all guests at meetings.
4. The Chapter's show equipment and other properties are not to be loaned or rented except with Board approval.
5. There will be no more than one sale a year for goods other than I.I. owned property. Permission must be granted by the Board for any exceptions.
6. Participation in public exhibitions will be limited to members who have completed a course of Ikebana study or are currently enrolled in classes. Chapter teachers will critique and advise those students with limited experience.
7. A memorial book will be designated at the discretion of the Board in case of the death of a member. The Chapter;s Memorial books are in the Fine Arts Center library.
8. One honorary member may be chosen each year. It is suggested to use the past president's list or to name a member who has made a significant contribution to the chapter.
9. The immediate past president will serve as the Chapter's advisor.
10. Ikebana members are encouraged to join the Fine Arts Center.
